Thank you for your interest in working for Jeff Sheats Designs, Inc.
We require all of the following documents in an electronic Windows format of some type including Word, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF, etc. sent to us via email only. We do not accept employment materials via USPS or fax. Please also know we do not accept phone calls regarding open job positions.
Please send one email with the following documents as attachments:
- For all positions, a cover letter stating which position you are interested in, with your salary requirements, even if applying for an internship. We do pay our interns.
- For all positions, your resume with employment and education experiences plus all other pertinent data.
- For all positions, a list of a minimum of three professional business references we can call to discuss your previous work habits. Personal references are also encouraged.
- For all positions, copies of all complete and official collegiate transcript(s) are required. Most candidates choose to scan these into a PDF format which is perfect.
- For interior designers, an electronic portfolio representing your best work. Most designers choose to send this in a Microsoft PowerPoint format.
- For interior designers, a list of professional affiliations including ASID, IIDA, NCIDQ with membership numbers and expiration dates. Scanned copies of your actual membership cards are quite helpful.

Please use the subject line “APPLYING FOR CAREER” or “APPLYING FOR INTERNSHIP”. Once we receive and review your materials, we will contact you for an interview if we are interested. Your credentials are kept on file for one year and you may reapply at anytime.
